Surface Cleaining, Preprocessing

Before thermal treatment it is important to clean all components from tapping fluid residue, impurities and general dirt. We offer the following cleaning methods (if components can not be provided cleansed):

• Cleaning with water-based solution
• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Cleaing with fine stream (medium glass beads)

In special cases we also offer fine stream cleaning for surface finish as well as the removal of flux material as part of manual brazing with Ag.
